Our Policy is to first and foremos to insure that you, our faithful customers, are 100% satisfied with your purchase of our handmade jewelry.  If for any reason what so ever, you are not happy...our return policy is very simple...return it and we will refund your $$!!  Hopefully we won't have to go there though!

All items are shipped in a supporting box for their nature.  Bubble wrap or envelope...whatever it takes to keep them safe.  All we ask is that if you do return for refund...please return in an equal form of shipment.

Resizing...yes we will resize, however there will be a nominal fee.  It will be based on the materials used.  Obviously sterling silver is more costly than silver plate and Swarovski crystals are more costly than Czech glass.  So that's how it will work.  Costs associated to this will be negotiated at time of request via email exchange.  You will also be responsible for shipping to and from.

Our prefered method of payment is Paypal.  However, we understand that not everyone uses Paypal nor do they want to, so in those cases money orders are accepted.  Personal checks from those we know only, please.  You do not need to sign up for a Paypal account in order to pay via credit card.  However, should you want to try Paypal just log onto their website www.paypal.com .

Also, We realize the shopping cart allows to you change the quantity, but please remember we make ONE OF A KIND jewelry.  If you would like another similar to it, let us know and we can produce!
